I had a friendly welcome and was helped with my luggage to my room, which was all ready even though I arrived early. There’s a lovely riverside walk right across the road and a cozy lounge for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the shower pressure could be better, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay! 😊

I stayed here for a couple of nights and loved the cozy bathroom that had a brand new shower, and the bed was super comfy! the photos online didn't match the actual room size. I'd definitely choose this spot again.

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. Rooms are small with a bit of noise from the corridor, and the shower could use more space. the staff were friendly, and cleanliness was not compromised, making it a decent option for a quick trip.

A Relaxing Stay with Great Location!
I enjoyed my stay immensely! The small double room was cozy, and the team made me feel welcome. I appreciated the proximity to the city center for leisurely walks and found charming cafes nearby. Pro tip, Bring earplugs for a better night's sleep!

Incredible location next to the train station made it very convenient for travel. The warm hospitality from the receptionist stood out, even during a late check-in at 9 PM. the noise from nearby smokers kept disturbing sleep, especially with windows open during the hot weather. the double bed was simply two singles pushed together, resulting in discomfort when slipping through the gap.

excellent central base for exploring norwich's history and parks
I had a wonderful experience with friendly staff and a delightful continental breakfast that kept me fueled for my city strolls, while the hotel was conveniently just a short walk from landmarks like Norwich Castle and the beautiful river views.

Couples should consider this place
So I gotta say the staff were genuinely helpful. One gentleman walked us to our room, explained everything, it was like having my own personal concierge. And the room, while small, was super clean, modern, and had everything we needed.
It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable.

Convenient riverside stay
We enjoyed our night here. The economy triple room was comfy and clean. We loved the view of the river. Really close to pubs and restaurants, so super easy for a night out. The only tricky part was the walls were a bit thin—could hear our neighbors chatting. Didn’t try the breakfast, but I heard it’s decent!
